Other information |
Candi Devine was a competitive submission wrestler for Women Warriors. She is best known and revered as one of the greatest female professional wrestlers in history (She wrestled Sherri Martel for the AWA title on ESPN); unknown to most of her fans, Candi also wrestled competitive submission style matches for Women Warriors. Although she was generally unsuccessful in submission wrestling, she proved she had the courage and ability to step on to the mats. The passing of this tall, popular, charismatic charmer is a loss to fans of all genres of wrestling.
